Delivery of alumina balls usually arranged by sea. For the packing, both Jumbo bags and 25kgs bags can be supported refer to customers' demand. Each 20' container can usually load 20-27tons alumina balls, it may depend on the limit by differnt countries.
Production process:
Firstly, we use high purity ultrafine α-alumina powder as the main raw material. Then grinding the minerals though ball mill. Use centrifugation or spray drying tower granulation, then alumina balls would be shaped through isostatic pressing of the dry bag method or the wet bag method. Finally, after burning in high tempurature tunnel kiln calcination, alumina balls are finished processing.
