Wollastonite is thin plate-like crystal of tricinic which belongs to a chain silicate with radial or fibrous aggregation. lts special crystal structure determines the pronerties of non-toxic, acid, and alkali resistant. low hygroscopicity & oil absorption, fine insulation, high whiteness, great thermal & dimensional stabiliity,excellent mechanical & electrical performance. Wollastonite is further known as industrial mineral raw material with natural green, low carbon emission and energy saving.

Other application of wollastonite
For Ceramic industry: Ceramic glaze, architectural ceramics, sanitary ware, household china, artistic porcelain, electrical porcelain, ceramic fiber,etc.
For Chemical industry: wollastonite are used in paints, coatings, pigment, rubber,plastics, glass fiber, resin filler, etc.
For Metallurgical industry: Continuous casting mold powder, particle mould powder, insulating covering powderm tundish covering flux, slag modifier (calcium silicate), welding materialm refractory materials, etc.
For construction Materials industry: white cement, acid alkali resistance minicrystal glass raw materials, glass flux and new- type wall filler, calcium silicate board, replacement of asbestos in calcium silicate board, fiber cement board, calcium sulfate board, etc.
For Electronic industry: Electronic insulating materials, fluorescent lamps, television picture tubes, X-ray fluorescent screen coating,etc.
For paper making industry: replacement of partial wood pulp, paper pulp,etc.
