Production process:

In order to produce high-quality alumina grinding balls, in the production of 92% alumina balls, need to go through plenty links of careful treatment, and strict control of the production process and quality. The production process of 92% alumina grinding balls is as below:

• Raw materials preparation: Making 1-5μm high purity alumina powder, which needs to be processed by preliminary screening and drying.

• Formation: Add the alumina powder to the forming machine, the powder will gradually become a ball by rotation or pressure.

• Drying and firing: After the ball forms, needs to be dried, and the ball will gradually be hardened. Then the balls into the kiln to fire, and the surface of the ball is melted to form a solid alumina ball.

• Quality inspection & packing.

Packing and delivery:

For packing, we normally use 25kg bags with pallets as packing method, also can be customized as the customers' requested.
