Application of alumina oxide ceramic grinding balls:
Alumina oxide ceramic grinding balls are widely used abrasive in the industrial field. It is made from high-purity alumina powder through multiple processes such as ball milling, pressing, and high-temperature sintering. It has excellent properties such as high hardness, strong wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for fields such as abrasives, grinding, filling, and catalyst carriers.
Grinding alumina balls are widely used in the field of abrasives, as they can be used for precision grinding and polishing of materials such as metals, ceramics, and glass. They have the advantages of high efficiency, high precision, and good surface quality
In addition, alumina oxide ceramic grinding balls can also be used to prepare high hardness and strength ceramic products, such as cutting tools, bearings, etc. In addition, grinding alumina balls can also be used to prepare grinding fluids for grinding and polishing in fields such as semiconductors and optical glass

High wear resistance: The wear resistance of alumina grinding ceramic balls is better than that of ordinary ceramic balls. When grinding the ceramic ball, it does not produce pollution, so it can maintain high purity and improve the stability of the grinding effect.
High density: With high density, high hardness, and high grinding characteristics, it saves grinding time, expands grinding space, and can effectively improve the grinding effect.
Production process:
Usually, when producing ceramic balls smaller than 30mm, such as 25mm, 20mm, 17mm, 15mm, 13mm, etc., the rolling ball process is basically used. Therefore, for balls with a diameter of more than 30mm, the isostatic pressing forming process is usually used. Based on our years of practical experience, relatively speaking, the ceramic balls produced by rolling have lower wear resistance, but their compressive strength is correspondingly lower. On the contrary, the ceramic balls produced by pressing have slightly higher wear, but their compressive strength is much stronger than that of rolled balls.
Delivery and shipping:
Dalian Gaoteng already export ceramic grinding products for decades. Our products are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, the Middle East, South America, Europe, and other places.
