Features and advnatages
1.High hardness: The hardness is the same as that of corundum, reaching nine levels of Mohs hardness, second only to diamond in hardness, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Excellent wear resistance: The wear resistance is several times that of manganese steel or high chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
3. Light weight: The density is 3.6g/cm3, only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.
4. Strong adhesion and good heat resistance: wear-resistant ceramic sheets are bonded to the inner wall of the equipment using heat-resistant strong adhesive. It can operate for a long time without aging at 350 ℃.
