Silex lining stone for zircon industry usually used as ball mill liner for grinding zircon sand.
Zircon sand mainly contains elements such as Zr, Si, Fe, among which Zr has the highest content, usually between 65% -70%. The content of Si ranges from 30% to 33%, while the content of impurity elements is generally between 0.1% and 5.0%. In addition, zircon sand also contains trace elements such as Hf, Th, U, etc. Its content is very low, generally between 0.001% -0.01%.
Our Silex lining stone have the SiO2 contents over 97~99%, so it will not effect the main contents of zircon sand.
