Introduction:

Yttrium stabilized zirconia ball is a tetragonal zirconia ball refined from zirconia powder of primary rare earth yttrium oxide. The average particle size inside the bead is less than 0.4 μ The tetragonal zirconia microcrystals of m have a dense structure, ensuring excellent fracture toughness and wear resistance of the beads. Effectively avoiding contamination of ground samples, specifically designed for high-purity grinding of scientific research samples in the laboratory.

Application:

• Yttrium stabilized zirconia balls can be applied to:

• Non metallic minerals (such as alumina, silicon oxide, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, zirconium silicate, and zirconia);

• Non ferrous metals (gold, platinum, palladium, and silver precious metal slurries), base metal slurries such as copper, nickel, and zinc;

• Battery materials (such as lithium cobalt oxide, lithium titanate, lithium iron phosphate, and other positive electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries);

• Graphene negative electrode material;

• Carbon nanometers;

• Nano materials (such as carbon black, perpetual purple, and magenta pigments in inkjet);

• LCD display screen and touch screen color pigments;

• Diamond polishing agent and titanium dioxide as film catalyst;

• Antibacterial agents for fiber products, etc.

Technical data:

• The microstructure of Yttria Stabilized Zirconia grinding beads is fine, uniform, and stable tetragonal zirconia crystal phase: PPM grade wear;

• The highest combination of toughness and hardness: grinding superhard products into reality;

• Good acid and alkali resistance: able to cope with corrosive environments.

Packing:

The zirconia balls are dispatched in strong plastic barrel, and for better conservation, also with plastic bag inside.

Normally the standard package is 25KG/barel, 1-1.5tons/pallet.
