DALIAN GAOTENG has recently completed a silica pebbles export shipment to Russia and Central Asia. The cargo was packed with double-layer jumbo bags, corrugated boards, stretch film, pallets, strapping bands, air bags and reinforcement belts for long-distance transportation and repeated handling.

Multi-Layer Packaging for Safer Handling

The double-layer jumbo bags hold the silica pebbles. Corrugated boards and stretch film provide additional outer protection, while pallets make forklift handling and warehouse storage easier. Strapping bands and reinforcement belts secure the cargo, and air bags help fill gaps inside the container to reduce movement and impact during transit.

Before loading, DALIAN GAOTENG checks the condition of the jumbo bags, pallets and securing materials. The final packaging method is confirmed according to the product specifications, bag weight, shipping route and customer requirements.

DALIAN GAOTENG will continue to improve bagging, palletizing and container loading for different destinations. Customers requiring special packaging or palletized shipping are welcome to discuss their specific requirements with DALIAN GAOTENG.
