In 2022, we start to export synthetic cordierite for Japanese customer. Synthetic cordierite can be used for many industries: 

1. Optical glass

Cordierite has good optical properties, including high transparency, low scattering, and excellent refractive index, so it is often used to make optical glass, such as camera lenses, reflectors, etc.

2. Magnetic recording materials

Cordierite is a magnetic material and is widely used in the field of magnetic recording materials. For example, data storage media such as hard drives use cordierite materials.

3. Semiconductor materials

Cordierite has good electrical properties, including low dielectric constant, high dielectric susceptibility, etc., so it is often used to manufacture semiconductor materials, such as LEDs, high-frequency inductors, etc. At the same time, cordierite is also an excellent high-temperature resistant material that can maintain stable properties in high-temperature environments.

4. Chemical industry

Cordierite is widely used in the chemical industry and can be used to produce synthetic hydrogen, ceramics, etc.
