Daily ceramics are items that are often used in our daily lives. They are strong and durable, beautiful and practical, environmentally friendly and healthy, and are deeply loved by people. The production and processing process of daily ceramics is also very rigorous and meticulous:

1. Selection and preparation of raw materials. The main raw materials for ceramic production are clay, porcelain stone, quartz, etc. These raw materials need to be prepared through multiple procedures such as mixing, screening, and cleaning.

2. Shape. This stage requires designers to design corresponding product drawings according to customer needs, and then workers will perform manual or machine manufacturing according to the drawings, such as pressing, injection molding, drawing, etc.

3. Sintering. At this stage, the produced ceramic needs to be sintered and heated to a high temperature of 1200°C-1400°C to change its internal structure to form a hard ceramic. This process requires dozens of hours of firing to complete.

4. Decoration and packaging. The finished ceramics can be decorated by painting, engraving, decals, etc., and then packaged by packers to become finished products.
