To better serve customers, Dalian Gaoteng hereby launches the guide video of lining bricks installation by epoxy adhesive. 

Step 1: Place the silex liners into the ball mill, and arrange them in the order according to the marks on the drawings.

First, mix component A and component B in a weight ratio of 1:1 in small quantities, thoroughly mix and stir evenly until the color is consistent, then use it to paste bricks. After mastering the installation skill, adjust the amount of component A and B according to the installation speed, and continue to use and install.

First, install the Sidewalls,

Then install the Cylinder.

• Component A (resin): with white cover, Component B (hardener): with black cover.
• The mixed epoxy adhesive should be used up within 30 minutes (for large amounts of mixing or high temperatures will reduce the adhesive's working time).
• Try to install the liner in the order of the liner brick numbers
• Do not move during curing. Press silex liners on the ball mill tightly; epoxy adhesive thickness will be confirmed on-site.
• Make the cure time of the adhesive exceed more than 24 hours.
