Meanwhile, with the high abrasion resistance of silica pebbles, the pebbles can maintain stable grinding performance during long useful life, thereby reducing the frequency and cost of replacing the grinding media.

2. As an auxiliary material:

Although the silica pebbles are mainly used as a grinding media in producing porcelain insulators, they may also be used as an auxiliary material in some specific process links, such as for adjusting the particle size distribution, improving the flow of raw materials, etc., to improve the production efficiency and product quality.

3. Improve the quality of the product.

No influence of impurities: Due to the silica pebbles being high-purity materials, won't produce impurities during the process of grinding, and won't affect the chroma and final materials quality.

In summary, silica pebbles are used as ideal grinding media in the porcelain bushings industry with their high wear resistance, high hardness, and low cost. At the same time, silica pebbles can also play a role as an auxiliary material in the production, to improve the quality of final materials.
