Dalian Gaoteng produce silex lining stone for over 20 years, our silex lining bricks are used for ceramic industry, glass industry, zirconium industry and quartz industry,etc.

Customers can use cement or ceramic glue to paste the silex lining stone into the ball mill.

1. Cement paste

For ball mills used for ordinary wet grinding, ordinary cement or white cement can meet the requirements for tiling. 

2. Ceramic glue paste

Compared with cement paste, ceramic glue costs more, but it saves more space, is easy to install, and has high construction efficiency. It can be operated immediately after the glue is completely solidified, greatly reducing production downtime. Ceramic glue is usually applied with a thickness of 2-3mm to completely cover the brick surface so that the gap between the lining stone surface and the construction surface is filled with glue.

Recently, our company remotely tested the effect of ceramic glue on silica lining bricks for Sri Lankan customers, allowing customers to see the pasting process and effect more intuitively, saving the time and cost of mailing samples.
